How soon after surgery are you writing?  It is possible that it is just post operative swelling.

Please post some photos and more information.

Ive had glandular surgery on my left nipple which made it look daker than my right one. Im almost 2 weeks post op. Will  the color of my left nipple turn back to normal?

A bigger darker nipple so soon after surgery is most likely swelling, bruising or a collection of blood such as a Hematoma After Gynecomastia Surgery. Most hematoma need drainage and early treatment.  These are issues best brought up with your doctor who is better aware of the original problem, what was done, and other specifics than asked in a piecemeal incomplete fashion in a forum.

Hope this helps,
