it's not that severe dude.. you have a nice upper chest that's why you can hide it.. does it bother you wearing a plain shirt? does your nipple poke out?  ???

I could see where it's not as flat as a guy would want, but honestly, this is a very mild case of gyn, if at all. In my opinion, you have an average nice build. Only a slight protrusion from the profile.
We view our own bodies with such crticism and even the smallest imperfections rob our confidence and affect us socially and mentally. If you're negatively impacted by your body, the great thing is that you have options and resources around you. Use this website and educate yourself about surgical and non-surgical options for yourself. GoodLuck!

if it bothers you then it's a gyno dude.. i could see a gland there.. that's the reason why your nipple pokes out.. well we have a same case bro./ you're not alone.

Hello everybody!
Today I was with the plastic surgeon on the review and told me that I have gynecomastia ,on a scale of one to ten, one and a half or two( I want to do this operation, because I really mind this problem.).The surgeon has proposed me the method of cutting tissue  in several places with cannula, without cutting and opening of whole nipple (which is the only method, that is familiar to me).Can someone tell me more about this method, because I'm afraid that he just wants to do liposuction, without extracting glands.

Have you considered getting a second opinion?
Not all plastic surgeons specialise in this. The use of terms like "one out of ten" doesnt sound like they know what they are talking about! Also Ive read liposuction only cannot remove the actual breast tissue ( the "gland" as some seem to call it!)
WTF does "marks out of ten" mean? If its how much it bothers you, then YOU are the only one who can mark that! If its size then there is already a recognised "sizing" method for breasts which, by the use of, everyone can know the size of the breast. ::)

Yesterday I was with another doctor and he told me the same thing (remove glands those devices for liposuction) please ask for advice on whether to insist that cuts below the nipple (he told me to be so) or to the method of cutting glands and removing with cannula  ... please do not know what to do and I am scheduled intervention on Thursday
