I don't see anything wrong with your chest, nipples are not puffy, and you seem muscular.

Welcome to gyne.org, muscle_car!

I'm not a doctor, but I think it's silly to tell an 18 year old to potentially wait 7 years to see what happens with this.  You aren't in puberty....you're 18, for crying out loud!  The chances of things changing significantly are not great, I wouldn't think.  So what you see is most likely what you get.

So the question is.....how much does it bother you not to have a "perfect" chest?  No question, yours looks to be a very mild case of gyne (if any at all).  Only you can decide if it bothers you enough to see about getting things "perfected".  Some guys are bothered by the imperfection, while others would give anything to have a chest that looks like yours.  It's really all a personal thing. Are you bothered by taking your shirt off in public?  Do you avoid situations specifically BECAUSE you know you might have to take your shirt off?

These are the things you need to consider as you get on with your life.  You want to lead a happy, normal life, and you don't want to be embarrassed or held back in living life to the fullest.  If you don't feel like you can do that with the current state of your chest, then I think you (and anyone) would need to start making plans to make yourself happier.  Some guys wouldn't be bothered at all by your chest.  The question is.....are YOU?

You aint got gyne, dont listen to what birds say no-ones perfect in their eyes.

i rarely say this, but a proper weight lifting routine would work wonders for you! Itl even out your quite skinny frame

As others have said, you don't have gyne based on what I have seen in your picture.
