I am 21 and i exercise regularly with good nutrition. However i have stubborn chest fat, and was wondering if this is gyne. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Your case looks really similar to mine-well, the case I use to have.  You can tell because the lower portion of the chest looks roundish just like mine did, and that part, no matter how hard I worked out or dieted, never went away.  It was freaking annoying!!!

Anyhow, i ended up getting surgery and couldn't be happier.  If it bothers you that much, find a good surgeon and get it done.  Get on with life.  The procedure is quick and pretty painless.

Good luck man!

Hey thanks so much for your response! Gives me alot of hope. Can you post before/after pics if you have any? It'll be a big help knowing what kind of realistic expectations i should have concerning surgery. Thanks!

It appears that you have mild gyne.  And, you are in reasonably good shape.  More than likely, surgery would be beneficial. In the meantime, you can get a better contour by wearing a snug compression shirt.  Your choice.

Good luck!
