hello, about six years ago I had surgery for gynecomastia and those were the results

I am very happy with the results because my chest size was considerably reduced but after to enter a gym i  noticed that my pecs were asymmetrical, the right side does not have the traditional (areola, nipple) and left nipple is inverted

is possible to solve these problems with additional surgery or some kind of exercise?

Some asymmetry is normal with or without surgery, so it's not possible to say if the pectoralis muscle asymmetry was old or the appearance is somehow related to the surgery. The nipple asymmetry is probably related to the surgery, and inverted nipple can be corrected with a small procedure.  You can certainly improve upon the appearance of your chest by weight training and increasing your pectoralis muscles, which will give more shape to your chest.
