I had surgery a year a go now and unfortunately my nipples have not rested in their correct position. I have been told that I can have a nipple lift free of charge but it will leave a scar. I think the procedure that will be used is a donut lift. I haven't been able to find and before and after pics of this procedure done on a male, only females so I would really appreciate some input/advise/experience by someone who knows anything about this, thanks. I will put pictures up when I can.

It would be extremely helpful if you could post some before and after photos from your original procedure.

There are some complicated technical details which may or may not allow for safe nipple elevation -- best to discuss with your surgeon.

It wont let me post a picture. I have no idea why? Is there anyway I can email you a picture?

Here is a picture, when I lift my arms up it does not look so bad, but when I dip my shoulders and bring my arms in as I am in this picture, this is how my chest looks?

Dr. Jacobs, I have put my pictures up now. What are your thoughts on my situation and would you recommend the donut lift?

Wish I could answer that question -- but only your own surgeon can do so.
There are potential questions about blood supply -- which would determine whether a donut lift could be done safely.  Only your surgeon knows what was done during surgery so that he could answer whether there would be adequate blood supply for a nipple lift with a donut mastopexy.
