I have had my gyno surgery 9 months ago. My result was not as good as i expected. I dont have puffy nipples but my chest is not as flat as i expected. I think its little bit uneven too. What should i do. I also gained some weight after surgery. Please tell me it is because of weight or surgery gone wrong.

For proper evaluation, you should post your before photos as well.  And, to be fair, you should reduce your weight to the status it was when you had the surgery.

It is hard to tell exactly from your photos. You might benefit from a little more liposuction but your skin might not cooperate. Go for a consultation and take your nbefore photos. Good luck.

It's hard to tell about your results as the photos are not the best angle or lighting, and the lack of comparison with the pre-operative situation makes it difficult to comment on improvement. It's possible that weight loss would give you improvement, especially if the difference from side to side is related to residual fat.  Alternatively you might benefit from additional liposuction, but that's not easily determined by these photos.
