minor case- nothing serious but there is certainly a small bud of gland under those nips.

there is definitely something there (could be fat or gland) but like people have been saying, it is very minor and unlikely to be noticed by many people unless they are examing your chest at close range (hopefully not a common situation

). Its most likely only the fact that you seem to be very slender/skinny that it stands out for you. Probably bulking up your entire upperbody would pretty much eliminate anything unusual about it.
