I would say 9 or 10.  It looks like you might have streach marks also.. Or that could just be the picture.  I would hit the gym, see how well it responds (you look a little overweight), then you will almost certainly need an operation.  Hopefully, you will not need any excess skin removed.

I agree about the 9-10 but sport will NOT help AT ALL. Sorry to say that surgery is THE solution. Skin removal would be necessary too. Kep us posted mate and good luck for what you decide. Cheers

im having the surgery done in June....i asked about it there would be extra skin and they told me that it normally pulls back into shape....but we'll see.....and about the over weight part....actually im in my weight range being that im 6'4" and i was a bit smaller .....but my chest would just get bigger every year or so...so i decided to gain a little extra weight so as not to look like a fit woman...or a tranny..but more of a fat man....

Hey, this is a little late, but if your chest has been growing, but you've been maintaining a weight, I would see an endocrinologist before you operation.  I'm not sure how old you are, but it seems that most peoples gland stays about the same from when they get it, only changing appearance due to body fat.  If you glad is continuing to change, there is probably an underlying condition causing it, so you should get that resolved before the operation to avoid recurrence.

Same as, no skin removed, Levick was confident my skin will tighten.

10 days post op, and it looks satisfactory. He said give it a year to me.
