Hello all!

Here is a few photos of me and I would really like to know if this is gyno or something else?

I have lost weight 26 kilograms(from 108 to 82) over the past 18 months. One of my biggest wishes when I started to lose weight was that my "boobs" would go away and as you can see they haven't. My BMI is currently 26,2 so I am a little bit overweighted. My target weight is somewhere around 75 kgs so there is some work to be done. Nevertheless if I lose 7 more kgs I can tell that the boobs aren't going to disappear anywhere.

I am heavily thinking of going to talk to some doctor about the possibility of a surgery. But should I first lose my weight to 75 before i go to the doctor? There is also the fact that I will probably go through our public healthcare system which will take 6-12 months before I can get a surgery time.. I'm from Finland. Private surgery would be much faster but it is also much more expensive.

Congratulations on the weight loss.  26kg (57 pounds) is a great achievement. 

The male chest can be distorted by both Gynecomastia Male Breast Enlargement. Drooping or Ptosis is a frequent problem after massive weight loss or deflation of massive muscles.

I am sorry but that's gyne,

but you are still overweight, you need to lose more fat -not weight-, they will shrink when u lose more fat.

I agree he has quite bad gyne...... losing more fat will help but at the same time boobs of that size are never going to shrink away to an acceptable level without some kind of surgical help....... just my opinion anyway.

A lot of guys also find that losing more weight makes the boobs more noticeable (ie no matching beer gut to disguise them), and they could get more saggy / loose skin if you go too far.   

I would pay more attention to your fitness levels and body fat percentage (under 20% is something to aim for) than body mass index - BMI is quite flawed and can fool people into thinking they are healthy or unhealthy based on nothing more than a formula which doesn't take into account natural build.

I guess I will continue my diet for a while and after that go to talk to a doctor about different possibilities. :)
