Hi.....i am now 20 and i ve got this "problem" since 14 or 15.... I never pay a lot of attention to my chest from time to time someone make a joke "you need to wear a bra" etc... but i didnt care...bud now in my 20 even my father few weeks ago told me that i have to wear a bra and from that time something broke inside me.... i found this site... and realy thinking of surgery.. Here are my pics..
I ve got 186 cm and 79 kg...

as you can see my left nipple is a little bit bigger ... i have been working out for some months but it seems that its working for 1-2 days after training , then my chest is fluffy again...  and btw yeah when its cold...my chest looks perfect and its hard as iron :P but nowdays in these warm days....its looking very ugly...in my opinion...i have a GF and she loved my chest (but she was touching it in cold days + i ve got  an undershirt under my shirt...) i fear that one day i ve got to show myself in front of her shirtless... pls comment my photos ... Thank you guys

someone told you need a bra??  ::) I'd suggest THEY visit an opticians!
I dont think you do mate, from your pix at least, I wouldnt say your chest looks feminine.

This is only MY opinion, remember the ONLY opinion that matters is your own! If YOu decide to get somebody to carry out surgery on you, thats entirely up to you.

Your  father said that?... in all honesty hes a male thingy (mine is too by the way you can't choose them unfortunately) . you don't need a bra there are plenty of people that look like you i see them every day you look fit and well. From what your saying surgery was far from your mind until the insensitive comments. Don't bother if that all it is and your girlfriend ain't going to give a shiit non of mine did and i was much worse than you.

I agree with JSBoob.

Do your breasts look feminine? No!

But, if your contour bothers you, I think the only way you can really change it is through surgery. I don't think exercise or weight loss will make the change you probably want in your contour.

  • It's time to spread the word about Gynecomastia
I personally would not recommend surgery in this case...

But, like everyone else has been saying, it's all up to you.

Take care,

-Eric

I agree with what said before. Some gyne there, but it is worthless to go under the knife for that ! Unless you want to. It's up to you to decide what you prefer. But from what I can see there, nice chest with a slight bit of gyne...Well... who cares ? It's not a feminine chest at all...
