Yes, lipo is often done, even in thin patients such as yourself because it can help to re-distribute the skin.  But you have what appears to be localized tissue as well as puffy nipples.  In my opinion, you would probably require excision.

Best to obtain at least one or two more opinions.

You made a great decision. Many members have posted their disapointing results after having lipo only. If there's a gland it needs to be removed.

Well done for posting this up. You need to cancel. Every story that I've read of lipo treatment for gyne has ended in disappointment. You need both. (you have very similar gyne to me, I'm getting lipo and excision on Saturday - will put up post op pics that evening hopefully!)

I agree with everyone else.  You will most likely need gland excision, given the puffy nipple appearance.  Glad you posted this before surgery, as others have said.
