Thanks Bro , I appreciate that!

I stopped working chest the last 2 weeks just to see if I can get it a little smaller but noticed that I recruit chest during so many other workouts. Pullups, rows, pulldowns, closed grip bench, dips , etc.

Now I know everyone feels it a little but I really feel the chest being worked.

I am also going to try some supplements including yohimbe HCL to see if they help with specific areas like chest and lower abs.
