What excess skin? I would work on the pecs to buff it up because it looks slightly 'deflated'.

yeah man i know i totally need to hit the gym.  but i can't till a week or two.  i am kinda scared to hit it hard because i don't know if i get bigger if it'll make it worse or better.  And the excess skin i am talking about is that 'extra' curve at the top of the pec

Dude...

You look fine my man. When you are healed, hit the gym and tone up a tad.

Relax, you do not have gyne anymore...

You've got a little extra up top of your chest but with your current body type, that's normal I think.  When you can blast it off with excercise you'll be happier.

i got a lot of areas on my chest that are still 'hard'  does anyone know how that heals?  does it go down or does it just become un-hard?
