Here's 3 pictures I just took now... Im in grade 11, 5'7 and about 150-160 pounds... Im athletic, I bike (Moutainbike) allot and lift weights. I'm happy the way my legs are and arms. I havn't bothered ecercising the inner part of my body (Although, im starting to work on my stumac)

Anyways, here are my pictures. I started getting a big chest since i was like 13 or 12... I am 16 now. Before that, I had a super flat chest, just like any other person.

How severe is it?

Eh, I'd give it a 2/10. It's not that bad. It's only really noticeable from a side view. How does it look when you have a shirt on?

If you could take pictures during the day (under day light), that would be better to give you a straight opinion. But as far as I can see, you've got gyne, not that bad as Don Won said. It is mostly visible from the side. Otherwise, not so visible given those pics taken under artificial light.
