Hey I'm new here. Just signed up about 10 minutes ago. I was wondering if I have gyno. Some have told me it's just fat, and some have said it's mild gyno. I'm seeing a doctor soon, but I also wanted to get some opinions here

its mild, similar to mine, i am waiting on blood tests.  I have heard treatment on gyne is most effective before it gets too bad, i would go to a doctor, get a blood test, and try to correct the cause if I were you. ( if it bothers you enough of course)

Well i am 17 and I've had it ever since I was 13 or 14. Can't remember correctly. Do you think it'll go away on it's own? Or is it to late for that?

i'd call that about a 2.5 on the 10 scale, where 8-10 would make your heart break for the guy who had it and 1.5 can make you unhappy.

the smiley face over your face is a good touch   :D
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

so if it's mild, is there a way to get rid of it without surgery. i really dont want to go that far with it.

I'd say your case is fairly mild.  You dont seem to have the dreaded puffy nipples (congratulations), but there is obviously a little bit of chest fat there.

I guess you could try to do more cardio, although you are probably doing that already and as we all know, spot reduction doesnt work and chest fat is notoriously difficult to burn off.

If I was you I wouldn't be too stressed.  Maybe vary your chest workouts to target lower inner pecs, upper pecs to try and balance out your chest shape a bit.

I agree it is very  very mild, so keep your chin up, I have had gyno for many years, and on a scale 1 to 10 mine is a 10 plus! 8)

i dont recommend trying anything unless suggestd by a doc. no offence, but i think we should refrain from giving such advices, the guy is only 17 and needs help. just my 2 cents..

I agree. It can make the case worse if it's not watched by proffesionals.
