I had surgery (both gland and lipo) almost a year ago. I still have some scar tissue on my right chest, however my biggest concern is that my nipples have not turned normal; they are flat and, well, I don't know the exact word to describe it, maybe loose? In addition, the surgeon definitely screwed up the incision by placing it more towards my nipple then the outside edge. Here are pictures of my nipples:

(The nipples might look normal but this is an aerial view)

I was wondering if revision would help. I really want to go out and swim but it's near impossible with nipples that are purely flat and have a different colour mark -- there's no way people would see that as normal. Is it possible that the surgeon can somehow make the nipple 100% "erect" and clear the incision mark? Thanks.

Take a picture from further away.  It's hard to tell you anything from those pictures.

The result doesn't look bad.  How long has it been since surgery?  The scars appear to be right on the areolar border.  You seem to have some bruising just lateral to the scars, on the lighter chest skin.  Your flat nipples may never change; possibly with time, but there's no guarantee.  But the goal was to create a flat chest.  Normal nipples are flat sometimes, erect sometimes, so I don't see the flat nipples as a problem.  Sort of a trade-off.  It would be nice to see a full chest photo.
