Hello,

First of all- Sorry for my english...its pretty poor... i'm not an american..so... :)
I don't want to bother you with my "life-story"...I lost 4 years ago almost 50 kilograms (from 130 to 80 now)... i remember that when i was fat I had breasts but after i lost a lot of weight they remained there :) sooo... in three days from now i'm going to have my surgery. My doctor told me that most of the surgery will be a liposuction...he said that maybe there is not going to be any around-areola opening and he will decide it during the surgery. What do you think about that????
I hope everything will go alright and i'll be able to share the results with you..

here some pictures:

Liposuction will not help with Male Chest Drooping. Low nipples and sagging tissues are issues that liposuction alone do not manage.  After Major Weight Loss there can be residual gland, sagging skin, and localized fat.  When both chest and belly are sagging issues, Tummy Tuck Abdominoplasty or Lower Body Lift Surgery are better options first depending on the extensiveness of the problem.  Otherwise, tightening lower tissues after chest lift can lower the chest again.

I have developed Standard Pictures for Sagging Chest and Gynecomastia after Weight Loss that shows the hanging nature of this extra tissue.

Hope this helps,
