Hello all,

This is my first time here and I wondered how bad you thought my case is.  I am 28yo, 6'1, and approx 180lbs and was up to 235lbs about 2-3 years ago.  I have always had them since I was a much younger.  I don't know if exercise will make them any better... any suggestions?

Let me know what you think as I have never been evaluated for this before...

Thanks in advance!

Keep up the exercise but surgery is the only way to go trust me.
I'm pretty lean and I still can never get rid of them.

hard to say. just to lose some more pounds and then post the picture. that will tell us more in details. and i know that most of the time, pictures dont really show the actual stuff.

You can't always give an accurate diagnosis or reccommendation on pictures alone, remember that, but I would personally say that you DO have gyne and that you won't lose your chest fat through excercise alone. Remember, that's my personal opinion and I could be wrong.

What I will however say is that my chest used to look like yours. 4 days ago I got surgery and now my chest is as flat as a pancake. :)
Had surgery with Dr. Karidis (London, UK) on 23rd July. Wearing tight t-shirts and looking forward to going swimming!

My experience so far & updates:

it is hard to say! really wether it is fat or gyno, people could be right just fat tho so definetly would try the gym hard, u would want to get to a low fat percentage to get rid of it,

i also find that u can tell more by a side pic, wich i know u have posted. but i mean a side shot (diaganally) as the chest should curve round and if there is a gland it can be seen in this way. think fat will be spread more evenly only my views tho

It looks like fat, but it is obviously hard for anyone to say based only on a photo, even a doctor. But you don't have any "puffy nipple" that sticks out, so its probably not primarily gland. After you lose a little weight/keep working out your chest, if it doesn't change then thee is probably some gland, and you should consult w/ a PS if you want to get rid of it.

thats what i was trying to say moobs bra! good reply doesnt look like there is any gland there as this stands out in a side profile....
i would try the fitness and exercise personally for a year or so first

it is really hard to say something. If it is gynacomastia it is not such bad and if it is fat it is too bad
