how bad is it?  People tell me that I am really thin, but I used to be overweight and I don't look thin to myself.  I believe I have g.  This picture is taken while my nips were "normal" not erect, but not totally puffy like if I had on a sweatshirt or something.  Is this in my head?  I am about 6'0" and 168 lbs.

sorry but your pics are not in the good position and above all, they are not clear, so not easy to tell you what we think... :( could you post some clearer and brighter ones ?

Evaluating dark shadowed non-standard photos can be very difficult. Try following the instruction for these Gynecomastia Photos. If there could be loose skin issues after significant weight loss then try Pictures to Evaluate Gynecomastia and Loose Skin of the Male Chest

Hope this helps,
