Hello everyone, I have always had fatty chest since adulthood and
right now I'm 22 but the problem still exists.
I also started weight training to make my chest look a little better
but fat under nipples still remains. Due to fear of making my chest
look even bigger, I only concentrated on hitting Incline presses
though... Here are some old and present progress pictures...
Despite 6 months of training, I still feel that exact same lump under
the nipples which is soft.
Please help, it kind of freaks me out...!
Thanks.

Looks like gyne on first pic but last picture sugest otherwise. Nothing near a female looking chest on the last picture. U look fit as hell and have nothing to worry about. Congrats on the results man!

but I feel the exact same amount of fat under my nipples, and the fact is that due to weight training it just looks less visible, but it IS there...! I'll take some side shots, it does look pointy as it is in the first pic, except that I worked my upper pecs really hard to make this condition look less severe. What do you guys suggest I do?

Thats gyne, you will need surgery if you want to be flat chested.

Your in good shape, no matter how many weights you lift you wont hide it.

Pictures do not always reveal the whole truth.

The first pictures looked like yes, you have it. The last picture looks like well developed pecs and not Gyne at  all.

If it is well developed muscle, then obviously you are going to leave it. Just as obviously, no good surgeon is going to hack away at healthy muscle.

If it is Gynecomastia, then there are two choices. Either live with it or have it surgically reduced. A good surgeon will give you an honest appraisal. A surgical consultation may be the only way to know for sure.

Workout much to cover it up?? Same here..go get the surgery and see how ripped you really are..nothing can shrink or remove but surgery in my mind.  ur chest is ten times more yoked with them removed. reminds me of my case somewhat. d1 athlete didnt do surgery til 21
