Hello.. a little bit of background...24 year old male, have not done any exercise for a number of years. I have quite a high body fat percentage naturally (6 foot 2 and weigh about 85kg, flabby stomach and chest) as you can see from the photo where I'm leaning down. Does not seem to be "hard" under the nipple, just feels like fat the same as my stomach.

Is this actual gyne or just flab from no exercise? As you can see I barely have any chest muscle, the middle of my chest is skin and bone.

Thanks in advance for any opinions and replies.

There's only one way to find out..hit the weights/cardio/eat right. Your case does not look bad, but it is gyno. Good luck

FYI surplus tissue in the male breast is here referred to as Gynecomastia. Trying to guess if the surplus is mostly glandular or mostly fat is usually a fools errand as there are both kinds of tissue present in almost all cases. The treatment, Surgery, is the same as well.
