Hello!  :)

I had surgery 3 months ago for my puffy nipples.
I am generally satisfied with the results, though I am concerned with the raised appearance of my scars.

Based on the photos submitted, does anyone think they'll continue to go away, or is there any action that I can take to help improve them. My doctor insists that they aren't noticeable, but I remain concerned.

Agree that the scars are indeed noticeable and agree that you still need at least 3-6 months to allow everything to heal.

If, at that time, you still have concerns, then suggest you re-visit your surgeon and discuss the possibility of cortisone injections to flatten any remaining raised scars.

i have another question - i've read that using paper tape on scars may help flatten them out. do you think using paper tape is useful in this instance?

I have never heard that about paper tape.  Silicone tape or silicone sheets do help scars, however.
