  • there is hope.
yup, you are also 'unlucky'.

the side pics, and the 'puffy nipples' just give it away.

considering that you've had it for the last 5 years.. i doubt that its gonna go away.. usually pubertal gyne (which usually goes away) tends to evanesence within 2-3 years of showing up.. a lot of guys on this forum are victims of pubertal gyne, and as i would guess.. so are you..

seems like surgery is your only option. but be prepared, a lot of surgeons are hesitant to perform surgery on people as young as you.. but talk to your parents about it.. thats the best thing to do..

Considering the pictures, you have gyne. And if you have hidden your chest for 5 years because of those puffy nipples, you have it and it may not go away over the years as c3ntralp3rk said.
Go and see a good and honest PS who will be able to help you. Good luck to you man !

It is gyne, however I would imagine that most docs would tell you to wait til you finish puberty before thinking about surgery. Which is actually good advice if you can wait.

Blatino - I've got to admit, that last picture of you is absolutely hilarious.  The one with the limp wrist.  ;D  Priceless!!! ;D

you dont have it so bad, but then again if it really bothers you then you need surgery. I had surgery but I had a more severe case. amazing how it feels like a huge burden is lifted off of you after surgery

Hey thanks for your opinions and advice guys.. I got a few additions to the photos.. some of u say that it isn't really that bad.. more of a minor case...  dunno these picsshow the shape a lil better. i had my shoulders pulled back in the others. .

either way.. minor or not it really does feel like theres something on my chest that doesn't belong, i feel the weight and see the strangeness and im well past the point of just being annoyed by it. Basically i've let it ruin a lot of relationships and let it be the reason for not doing alot of activities I would want to be doing...   As surgery, i can't say forsure that i've already finished puberty... but the changes took foot around the 7th grade... i am now a Junior 11th grade and i haven't really seen much change... I will probably grow some more but i dont think that will have any affect on what my chest looks like.... I know the amount of money for sugery can be paid.. but i wonder, what are the risks??? :-/  lol anywayz i think i'll go read other threads to find the answers to any questions i might have...  thanks for your help  guys

i know how you feel, i used to look at myself in the mirror and thought it just looked so wrong on my body. if you feel like you are desperate and want the surgery this is the place to start doing research. start asking people on the message board who live near you and have had surgery about their doctors.

It's on the mild side, but it's there for sure.  You don't have to like it, but don't blow it out of proportion either.  I'd say relax, deal with it and if you still have an issue with it as an adult you can always look in to surgery, etc.  Oh, and just to be safe ask yer Doc to check your hormone levels at your next physical just to rule out anything more serious that might be a cause.

Dude, I'm with ya - if you have the means and still feel strongly about it, have it fixed when the time is right.

That's a moderate case of gland+fatty tissue.

That ain't gonna go away on its own. You'll need lipo+excision to deal with it.

Good luck.

Im pretty sure if you can convince the doctor that it is causing heavy mental strain upon the child, surgery will be preformed at 16 or 17. Im not just saying it cause its my opinion, i have actually seen before/after pictures on the internet of 16 year olds. They were displayed on the doctors actual site too.

Also Blatino you probably dont hear this much but i truly dont think your gyne is bad. To be truthful you are just overweight. Im not denying that the gyne is there but if you were like 180 I dont think that yours would look any different then ninjasmurf's.
