I feel great. Still can't believe that they aren't there anymore. I'm only swollen on the sides of my ribcage where the doctor performed lipo. My chest doesn't feel swollen or sore and feeling is finally coming back more and more each day. My stitches are kind of itchy (anyone else have this?)

My doctor did an amazing job - much better than I was expecting considering the extent of my gyne. He also wanted to do my lovehandles/flanks and stomach but it was going to be a lot extra and my parents couldn't swing it. So now I guess it's gym time (maybe in a week or so) and time to start living life the way it's suppossed to be lived; without being ashamed of your own body.  ;D

I have that same question. Because from the front shot you look like you weight more than me but on the side shot you lok the same as me. Your case of gyno looks very similar to mine so I want to know if it was just lipo.

Hello all...I didn't realize my post was getting so much attention. Anyway it's been about a month and a half since my surgery and I feel great. Let me answer your guy's questions. My surgery was 3800 for PS, 400 for anesthesia, and 1100 for the operating room. So around 5 grand total and worth every single stinkin penny! As for the type of procedure I never asked specifically what he was going to do but it had to have been excision and lipo. On my first consultation he said 'you have a lot of breast tissue and fat in there.' I would say he took out about a half pound to a pound worth of tissue and fat out of each breast. Looking at my before pictures was pretty shocking for me. I can't believe how big they were :o I could never go back to that!
Now, as to why I look better from the side is because I have quite large love handles (flanks) and gut. My PS warned me of this. 'after your surgery if I don't lipo your flanks and abdomen you're going to feel somewhat disproportionate.' My parents thought he was just trying to get more money out of us but he was right. I would've gotten it done but it was just too much money. I been dieting and exercising though so they should start shrinking soon(I hope) and I'll look more proportional to my new chest. If not I don't really care. Just as long as I don't have boobs everything is A-OK.

My only real concern as of now is the loose skin on my chest. Since so much was removed my skin is somewhat loose. It's especially noticable when I hunch over. If anyone had a case like mine and could tell me how long it takes for skin to return to its original elasticity that'd be great. Anyway here's some new pics.

Oh yeah, I forgot to add that I still feel maybe a little bit of scar tissue under the nipple and my sides under my armpits are still a tiny but sore. Is this normal for 1.5 mnths post op?
