Never had any problems with how my chest looked until I started working out. Not sure if this is extra fat, abnormal pec genetics/development, or gyno/breast tissue.

My nipples are NOT sensitive or painful to the touch.

I feel a VERY small hard lump behind each nipple but this is probably normal?

Do I have a reason to be concerned?

Slight, Yes.
Are you shaving or waxing?  The lack of hair actually makes the condition more obvious.

I'll second Paa_Paw about you having slight gyno. It doesn't look very severe, but enough that it messes with the curvature of your chest. The lump will not go away, it may get a little smaller if you get ripped, but that may just tighten the skin around the lump and cause it look more conspicuous. I think your chest isn't that bad, since it isn't very large and look like a fairly large guy...but the only one that counts is yours. Good thing is if you really do want the surgery that it should be on the cheaper side, since there isn't much work to be done.
