Well Im 17 years old, Im 5' 8" was 155 now down to 136-137. Took it off in about 2 months or less. I don't feel anything in there. Just feels like fat to me but I want to get someone elses opinion. I haven't really tried and specific excercises for it but I would be interested in finding some. I was benching but I Think thats just going to add to it and not reduce the fat.

What do you think?

just a little bit of puff/pointiness, which i don't think lifting will help, but could be worse.
