Hi Everyone,
I finaly took a few snaps of my chest 5 days after surgery. I took before shots but my computer crashed unfortunatley so I dont have them anymore. I'm going to call the DOC to see if they can email me them this week. IMO they look the same as they did pre-op I had Lipo & Excision done by Dr. Sherwood Baxt (Paramus, NJ). They did look a bit smaller the day of...but my left side was always a bit bigger, and gave the same appearance after surgery as well......any input?

To give you an idea of my frame, I'm 5'9 at 205 lbs. fairly muscular with a bit of padding...lol.

They do same much more "puffy" then the day they were done. I'm thinking alot of fluid / blood retension that "should" go down over time.

Did they make incisions on the edge of the areola?  I don't see any scars there.  Otherwise everything looks good, your chest looks well defined in the 2nd set of pictures (11 days post-op)

Hi Unisys,
I did the "no-scar" method. They go in a lipo everything that can be first, then go back in with a "micro-scalpel" (first lack of better words) break up the gland....go back in and lipo that out. Here's a link to the doctor I used as well as he discription of what's done....

Thanks for the feed back.

Ill be honest. When I saw the first set of pictures, I thought that either you had it really bad and this was an improvement (but still looked like you had breast) OR the surgeon did a bad job. But when you posted the second set of pictures, I can certainly tell the swelling was worse than I thought and hid what was to come. I have to say, it looks much better day 11 and seems to be on the right track. Too bad you don't have before pictures to gage everything and put it into perspective. Anyhow, looking better!

Hi Flex,
I fully agree. I thought after I looked at them the next day (WTF did you do....nothing!?!). But everyday they seem to be going down more & more. Every surgeon does tell you it takes a few months to get a good idea what the outcome will be. Where I used to have "glands" is now very hard limps, which I'm assuming is the scar tissue from where he removed it that has to "smooth out".

Thanks for the input!
