What the heck are you talking about? Thats not gyne, theyre muscular pecks as a result of weight-training.

No, the Rock definitely used to have gyne. It doesn't show that well in those pictures though. He had surgery and got it fixed.

actually looks like he has some fat there and he did have surgrey before one of his movies
