Hi! I'm 15 years old and athletic and for about a year now have had hard lumps under my nipples which I assume is Pubertal Gynecomastia. It makes soft, puffy looking nipples which is very embarrassing, making me very self conscious and unable to take my shirt off in public. Without surgery, how can I get rid of it?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, your only real option is to watch and wait.  There are no treatments other than "watchful waiting."

For many young men in your situation, it will disappear spontaneously.  If, however, it remains for 2-3 years, then it would probably be permanent and your best option would be surgery to remove the tissue.

During this waiting period, the best alternative is to wear a snug compression shirt to provide better contour for you.

Be patient!

Do you think some sort of Anti-Estrogen medication could help?

Anti-estrogens will only work, if at all, during the formative phase of the problem -- it will have no effect on tissue that is already established.

Would strongly caution against self-prescribing -- it is a minefield.
