Hello to everyone
I'm going to have my surgery probably a few weeks from now (Gyno level I).
I'm 21 years old, thin, and usually fit.
But since I had figured out I would go for a surgery I exercised much less, cause I always had in my mind "I'll have a recovery period anyway, in which I won't be able to exercise, and all of my afforts will come to waste".
Finally, I started exercising regulary again 2 weeks ago...
Anyway, my questions are:
1) Does being fit make the recovery from the surgery faster or easier?
2) Does working on chest muscels before the surgery, make it easier to operate on one or make the wound heal better?
Thank you all

Yes, exercising is always worth while.  And no, building your chest muscles will not affect the success of your surgery one way or the other.
