I had gyno since the 4th grade, now I am in the 9th grade. My right nipple is larger than my left nipple. Since the 6th grade my gyno has stop growing, the past two days I felt pain in my left nipple.

The question is: When my nipple hurts is it growing?

It may sound too simple, But you should see a Doctor.

The breast can be a very sensitive area for men no less than for women. But pain goes well beyond simply being sensitive. Something is stimulating that pain and you should have a Doctor check it out.

Pain is a common Symptom of Gynecomastia gland under stimulation. Discomfort can also be the result of several other conditions such as trauma, infection, and tumor. That is why having an evaluation by an experienced doctor can be so important.

The imbalance of hormones during puberty is one of the most common Causes of Gynecomastia.

Hope this helps,
