This post is about finding a surgeon and technique to fix crater deformity following primary gynecomastia surgery. I appreciate there are wonderful surgeons on this site with experience in this field, including use of fat flaps. However, not all of us are lucky enough to live in the same continent as these guys never mind the same state! Should those of that have been unlucky with our primary op be casting our nets wider to include oncoplastic  / reconstructive breast surgeons?

What does the community here think of the following report by a team in the UK?

I think the substance used ("porcine ADM") was Strattice, quite well known. Unsure if the technique is well known, but it sounds amazing.

Congratulations to the team on their success! Would be interesting to know the price tag and the actual institution that succeeded with this corrective procedure.
