1 MONTH POST OP, GETTING ANXIOUS [Pictures]

So it's nearing the one month post op, exactly 4 days off

Basically:
Is this normal healing progression?
How much longer before the nipples appear normal?
Any underlying concern with the status of the healing?

Any help at all would be so appreciated, I'm quite new here, and desperate for answers like so many others! Please lend a helping hand!

I am just over 1 month post op and i have the same problem.  my right side has two creases in it causing it to invert.  Its actually worse that yours.  Ive been hoping it would pop back out but im starting to think thats not gonna happen.

1 month post op is too early to tell. i had a crease on my nipple in the beginning too. it sort of "fills up" quite nicely when u have removed your compression vest. congrats on your op. be patient, start massaging your chest to "even out" potential scar tissues. i'm 10 weeks post op. my chest still feels slightly tender and numb when i touch it. your chest will look different in the course of its recovery so don't be too alarmed.

God my chest and nipple looks exactly like yours, I had surgery from Dr. Pensler in Chicago.  I've been a few days past a month now in post op. My left nipple kinda had a little divit in the middle and my right nipple is a tad bit more swollen.  I guess its just part of the healing process.  People with more breast tissue taken out just have longer healing I guess than the low bodyfat, steroid bodybuilder with slight gyno that you see almost perfectly healed after a month.
