I had surgery 4 weeks ago and wore a compression vest 24/7 for the first 3 weeks.  I've been wearing it a couple of hours everyday and through the night.  I had a litre of moob removed via lipo (no exicision) and have a question.  At the begging of the week my chest seemed smaller than it does now.  It seems like moob is trying to come back; not excessively so, but it does seem a bit fatty.  Could this be swelling at this stage, even though it seemed much better earlier this week?

Thanks in advance for any help.

it takes 2 months for the majority of the swelling to go down.
your best bet is to wear that compression vest and keep it on through the day.
losing my moobs was almost as painless as losing my sanity

Thanks for the reply.  I spoke to the nurse that I saw for a blood test pre-op and she said the same.   :D

the thing is that the fluid needs to go down.
i also have a normal vest type compression vest and the original bullet proof type vest andthe front fastening bullet proof vest is best.
My wifes going to sew a few hook and eye fasteners on my vest and trouser belt so that it is pulling the vest down and keeping it tight as it keeps rising upwards.
So adding the eye and hooks will i hope make the vest more comfortable  :)
Its only a smal suffer for a short while
and as a special christmas girf i wont be wearing my comp vest christmas day  :)
