Title: Developing gynecomastia?

Hi all,

I've been on Propecia for about two years (one of the listed side effects is gynecomastia), and recently I've noticed a bit of puffiness in my nipples. It seems like there's a very small amount of hard tissue about the size of a dime underneath my right nipple if I squeeze it, but I can't tell if it's always been there or not.

Does it look like I'm developing gynecomastia, or is this a normal chest profile? If I'm developing gyno, I will stop the Propecia.
