Had my gynecomastia surgery back in November with Dr.Fielding of Toronto. Results had been fine with sensitivity dying down. About a month ago I fell into some bad eating habits and gained some weight (10-20lbs) and have noticed a resurgance of breast size. When I flex it flattens out and only my right nipple seems to pop up at all although now I'm losing sight of my pecs.Is this irreversible or will dieting and exercise reverse this?

TLDR: Once you gain weight on your chest post op can it be lost normally?

I don't know anything specific about your chest, but I'm guessing, since you've already had the surgery, that diet and exercise would go a long way towards helping you lose weight and feel better about the way your chest looks.

I have had some patients who looked great after surgery -- and then gained 40 lbs!  And even 40 lbs heavier, their chest looked better than it did in their pre-op state.

To answer your question, drop those extra pounds.  I will bet you will look pretty good!
