The PS will no doubt give you some sort of written note for you to take to your boss, but won't the note have the PS' title that it is from a Plastic/Cosmetic Surgeon?

If you have a fairly good relationship with people you work with, then no doubt they will ask you what kind of surgery it is and they wish you good luck and etc.....

How you manage it and how do you hide/unhide what the surgery is really for at work?

  • surgery worth every penny
Whether you tell them, or just keep it a secret depends on how noticeable your gyne is.  If you don't see people for a while and they comment on how your chest has gotten smaller you can always tell them you found some great exercise routine (it's what I plan on telling people since most don't know about gynecomastia)
