I started training with kettle bells about 6 weeks ago and have found them to be quite helpful. They're great for shoulders, lower back, quads, and a good cardio workout as well. I still haven't found a good exercise for the chest or upper back while using them, I guess I shouldn't trade in the gym pass just yet. Just curious if anyone else is using these things-
