I'm 17 and in good shape. 5' 8 at about 149 pounds. I used to be overweight when I was around 10-13. Then I lost alot of weight. My nipples are puffy except when they are cold or wet. Tell me what you think.

Thanks for the responses. I do eat healthy and exercise. I am conscious of the puffiness. I want them to be flat. I believe there is fat in my chest area. I will continue to exercise. That's the best thing I can do.

I do dumbbell curls daily and push ups occasionally. I can grab fat around the nipple area. I want the puffiness to be gone.

Here are some side shots.

Any more opinions? Will it go away?

Nope. Nobody has commented about them. I don't openly walk around shirtless though. When I wear a t shirt, my nipples are concealed. My parents say there is nothing wrong. I see puffiness which I believe is not normal. They should be flat.
Any other opinions?

Thanks for your opinion and advice. I will start to do incline chest flies. It's good that my chest will build muscle but I want the puffiness to go away. I don't have any hard breast tissue.

Well fat around nipple mean gland and as we are young it may go away otherwise surgery is only option left.

Hello. Can you please check out my recent post that has pictures in it and tell me your opinion of my case. I will appreciate it.

Thanks

It does not take much deformity such as Puffy Nipple Gynecomastia to interfere with a cut looking male chest.   There is a thin muscle under the areola, that when stimulated flattens puffed nipple gynecomastia.  At your age, this is something you need to discuss with your parents.  If they agree, we are glad to help you explore your concerns during a consultation or Preliminary Remote Discussion.

Hope this helps,
