I had liposuction + excision 9 months before--  For revision surgery this doctor charges 60000Rs..for lipo alone  :-\

plz help me out on these questions.

1.do i need revision?

2.is still glands are left in mr breast or it is only fat?

3.do i need lipo only or both lipo and excision?

4.wt will be the outcome of the revision... flat chest is possible?

5.my revision surgeon told that there are no glands left so lipo alone is enough..
he is confident tht i will get a flat chest. The doctor told that if he is not comfortable under local anes.. he will switch to general anes.. at time of surgery..

6.the surgeon was very casual...but eventhough i choosed him sice his profile is good in his area.

below are few of his profile infos.

National Seceratory :  International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS)

Hi friend,

My 1st surgery was done by Dr Ramachandran.

And do you think that i have fat + gland ..... or only fat... that can be taken  by lipo..?

I agree that i have overweight.. but any way the gyne is pretty clear to me...

Please advice im a bit confused...

Should i strongly avoid this surgeon..?

Thanks

Ganesh

I do some pushups daily. One thing i noticed after the gyne sugery was , if i tighten my chest it looks great..and completely flat..no pufy nipples and no loose breasts.

u have any idea wt it means..?

I would say that it means that you just have overall body fat left that you need to burn off. Your gland is definitely gone. Because if you have gyne and flex ur muscles, ur gland stands out even more. You can clearly see the demarcation between the muscles and the gland.

hope that helps

if I were you I would go on a diet and dedicate a lot of time to the gym... you seem like you are overweight, perhaps you should start wokring out..and I am 90% certain ur man boobs would decrease a lot and look normal...it looks like u have fat in ur chest and that gland was removed...
