Really want to get the surgery so i can move on and live my life. My parents are (of course) hesitating on taking me to see a plastic surgeon because of the costs. Just wondering how everybody who has gotten the surgery has paid for it and if you had any good payment plans. by the way i'm seriously considering Dr. Delgado since i don't live too far away.

Hey man, I am in the same situation as you. Anyways, my plan is to save up a generous amount for a down payment, ($1000-$2500, depending how much its gonna cost me) and finance the rest. It will help my credit, and you can get no interest for a certain amount of months. When you get a consultation, be sure to inquire about financing plans.

Many surgeons work with financing plan companies to try to make the cost of surgery affordable.  This is a loan, obviously, and you do need decent credit.  However, if you are young and have not yet established a credit rating, you can ask if your parent(s) would be willing to co-sign the loan for you.
