Hi I'm new to the forum and I noticed something was wrong with my chest freshmen year of high school. I'm about to be 18 and start my senior year and I really want my chest to look normal. I'm extremely active and I tried taking zinc but that didnt do anything. I read that taking tamoxifen could reduce breast tissue and I'm curious about that because i don't want to have to resort to surgery. Im always self conscious when my shirt is off and my friends usually crack jokes. My question is, how bad do I have it and what can be done? Any help is greatly appreciated, I'm desperate to get rid of these. Thanks!

I would be surprised if anyone commented about the appearance of your chest.  You have a little excess fat around the waist.  If you work out and build up your pecs, lose a little weight around the waist, your problem should be solved.

I see no reason for concern.
