I've been reading up on gyna, and see that my T is low. My question to any one who can answer this is. If I heighten my testosterone levels( naturally with a good diet and healthy lifestyle) will this lower my estrogen levels and help atleast reduce my gyna?

There are many factors which influence hormonal levels, which lead to development of gynecomastia.  If you're an adolescent, you're unfortunately at the mercy of your developing body, and you just have to roll with the punches as your body transforms from "boy" to "man."  If you're older, and your condition has been present since puberty, your levels are what they are, and they aren't contributing to an ongoing process--the process took place and is typically stable. If you're older and the process is occurring now, you need to see an endocrinologist to determine what's up with your hormones, and correct them medically if needed.

Of course, a good diet and healthy lifestyle are a good idea no matter what.

I hope that's helpful.
