Lactating

I am 40 years old and happily married. I never felt ashamed of my breast a year ago when they were smaller, but earlier this year I have been on medication to prevent hair loss.

I am no longer on medication, but the last 2 months my wife has been able to cause lactation in both my breasts on a weekly basis. There's a feeling of pleasure in it, but is this kind of stimulation causing my breast to grow?

Stimulation of the breasts can cause an increased output of Oxytocin which would account for the pleasurable felings. It also accounts for the let-down of milk.

Whether this would influence breast growth is way beyond my limited knowledge.
