Background on me :

19 years old, 6"0. I've had gyno since I was 11 or 12, when I was a kid I was average weight, not fat, not skinny. At 11 and 12 I noticed that I had bigger breasts than everyone else and over time it just got worse which led to me getting depressed which in turn ended up in me gaining a lot of weight.

I lost some weight recently, went from about 250 lbs to 200, lost a ton of fat but my chest stayed the same.

I've been suffering from extreme fatigue so I visited my doctor about a year ago and he tested my blood and what not and it came back that I had Hypothyroidism so i was started on Levothyroxine at .075mcg. I still feel kinda fatigued and I haven't talked to him about my chest problem since my health insurance got cut.

Anyways, here are the pics, im at about 200 lbs in these pics:

thank you.

Congratulations on your weight loss!  However, even with weight loss, if you do have gyne, weight loss doesn't really help that much.

Yes, you do have gyne.  Once your thyroid situation is completely stabilized, you might want to consider surgery to correct it.  In the meantime, you could wear a snug compression shirt to provide you with a better shape.
