Hi, I was a lazy guy and had skinnyfat at the age 17

I worked out for 2 years , I'm now 19 lost some weight and gained muscle, but i have a larger rubberish lump beneath my left nipple and a smaller one on the right nipple, the right nipple hurts.

Now :




Its really bothering me, i went to my doctor but he didnt wanted to give me estrogen blockers so he adviced me to go to the hormone doctor, shall somehing like estrogen blockers help? or do I need to get it removed, the right ones hurts allot btw and i dont know how long i had it..

It appears to be gynecomastia.At age 19 regression is very unlikely.The treatment is surgical excision.It is not uncommon for the gynecomastia to asymmetric.

So nolvadex or other SERMS wont do anything and surgery is the only option?

None of those drugs will do anything for established gyne.  If they have a chance to work at all, it is just when the gyne is starting -- and most guys at that stage cannot even conceive of what they might look like with established gyne.
