Hii,

I have gynecomastia, and after lots of research and finding a good doctor, i decided to go under knife in few days. There will be excision and lipo. And my Doctor recommends to put 'dip' under my nipples.

The thing i am worried about is that, when i asked him about the compression vest (post op), he said there is no need. I was shocked because, all the doctors that i have been to all says to wear vest for atleast 45 days and never take it out except during baths.

He is senior doctor and came recommended by many professors and other doctors.

So should i trust him, or request him for VEST.

Follow the Doctors orders.

If he says "Stand on your head three time a day for 10 minutes each time." Then, no matter how silly it may seem, that is what you should do.

Each Doctor bases their instructions on what has worked well for them in the past. They want you to be happy with the result. Trust them and (again) Follow the Doctors orders.
