You didn't give any history (when was surgery? what was done?...), and the photograph is not entirely clear, but it looks like there is certainly some bruising around the areola.  It's not possible to say that it's a hematoma.  If you're concerned, you should contact your surgeon in the morning, or sooner if the situation is worsening (increased swelling, pain).

The bruising appears to be above the areola and is fairly minimal.A bit of your history would be helpful.
