Christmas was a balmy 85 degrees here in Southern California so we had a Pool party on Christmas Day. Since Gynecomastia runs in the family, Private pool parties are not a problem for any of the family members. It is not a big deal when everyone has it.

The weather has cooled a bit but my wife and I grilled our steaks for our New Years Eve dinner and dined on the patio.

I am not only the oldest living member of my family,I am often thought of as the family chef. Since thanksgiving I have presided over several parties and have roasted four turkeys. I still have two of these big birds in the freezer but for now I am totally burned out on poultry. Actually, I'm not really complaining, but boasting. This is one of the blessings of having a large family.

Have a great New Year!
Grandpa Dan
